  • These sessions are designed for women over 40 who are navigating change, transition, or simply feeling the pull to reconnect with themselves and create a softer, more intentional way of living.

  • That’s completely normal. Many women feel a little unsure before their first session. Please know this is always a warm, judgement-free space where you can speak openly and be fully yourself.

  • Sessions take place online via Zoom. Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation email with the link and all the details.

  • Yes — if something comes up, you can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Sessions are not recorded unless you request it.

  • After our call, you'll receive a short personalised note from me summarising your key reflections and gentle next steps so you can continue your reset.
